“I have lived in Grass Valley all my life. I have raised 4 daughters and have adopted 4 special needs children. I want to make freeze dried candy because it is popular and tastes yummy. My favorite thing about freeze dried candy is how the candies texture changes and the flavor is more intense. We chose Krunchy Krystals because my daughter Becca and granddaughter Alexa are into collecting real crystals.”

“I am married and a mom of 5 beautiful children 2 of which have disabilities.. I strive everyday to  give each one of them the best life they can have. 

I chose freeze dried candies because I wanted to give people something new and exciting within the candy and treat world. 

My favorite thing about freeze dried candies/treats is how it becomes Krunchy and most of them almost melt in your mouth. Freeze drying candies and fruits also heightens the flavors to give your palette a new taste experience. We also thought it would give people an easier way to enjoy their favorite candies again. 

We chose Krunchy Krystals because my daughter and myself love beautiful Crystals but also thought that they could represent the icicles in the freeze dried experience. We added Krunchy because all the candies and treats become crunchy after going through the process.
